Formerly a competitive ice skater, Emily is a professional ice-skating instructor for the Cleveland Skating Club in Cleveland, Ohio. She also serves as Co-Director of Ice Programs at the Cleveland Heights Pavilion.

Mark holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Akron in electronic engineering and an MBA in marketing and finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. He has also completed executive education in strategy and innovation at CWRU and business analytics at the Wharton School.
Mark works in the Recruitment Industry, helping companies fill sales, marketing, and other technical roles. He is available for short-term contracting assignments to assist with new business development activities.
